Last updated: October 2026

Satisfiedmixed Septic wants every homeowner to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Satisfiedmixed Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say a problem comes up with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing. Your first step is usually to talk to the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Note that Satisfiedmixed Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@satisfiedmixed.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
